"Justina Leigh" is born....or reborn....
No I didn't have a baby, my GOODNESS no!!!A few years ago I had a small love affair with jewelry making. I spent my spare time searching for unique stones, and thick chunky chains, and creating tough looking and at the same time feminine jewelry!!My lovely Sister (who's middle name is Leigh, you can guess who's middle name is Justina) wore her piece that I made her some 2+ years ago to work recently and, well her boss asked her to have one made for her, I've been wearing mine to work and have gotten tons of compliments as well!!...And so the love affair continues...I'll be starting up my jewelry line again! This time with fresh new takes! "Justina Leigh" is born! Visit my Etsy shop here www.justinaleigh.etsy.com

TOP IT OFF!
Since I can remember...prob since my first manicure ever I've been on the search for a super fast drying, super shiny, super NO CHIP top coat. Nothing is more un-glam than getting a mani and pedi and 3 days later chip-age!! But alas the search is over. I wish I had blogged about this earlier but better late than never.
Duri Miracote fast drying top coat. My mom slipped this amazing top coat in my stocking this x-mas and I SWEAR by it. I never go to the salon without it. and when I do my nails myself it dries so fast and SO shiny it looks professional!! You can get it at www.discountbeautycenter.com

Boys and Their Toys....
Stories have been circulating the internet and tabloids about Kate Hudson and h
er recently acquired boob job. True or not true? Who knows! But If she did, she didn't get a very drastic change and I like that! One of the things I loved about Kate was her natural body and the simple fact that she embraced her flat chestedness with a slight humor about it. Shes beautiful and we all are in our own right!! Boobs or no Boobs...So do the boys think the same?? Are we all "Equal" in our own right? Hard to say. I asked a few of my guy friends and most agreed they can't help it but notice a girl with double D's from across the room. It's a trait they're born with, a trait they pride themselves on (honestly ladies, let's be real we can't help but notice either!) But when it comes to actually dating a boob girl or a non boob girl it's all a mixed bag. A guy once said to me, (after I insecurely mentioned how I don't have much up there for the male enjoyment) "Tits are for kids" A funny way to think about it but I guess it makes sense...boobs to guys are great but we grow up and realize there are some other equally attractive things to a woman! We have Lips, Butts, Eyes, and legs. And plus at some point we can't avoid gravity and hate to break it to ya ladies with the fun bags but sagging is unavoidable! Just like I'm pretty sure the appreciation for my bubble-icious booty will most certainly not last forever. I recently also had another conversation with another friend who told me "big boobs are difficult...they kinda get in the way and plus I'm rough in bed...with big boobs I have to be careful, with little ones I can kinda just go nuts!" also another good point. This is not to say there aren't those men who just love a big bouncy pair! One guy told me "Big boobs are ultra feminine, they make me feel like I'm making love to a woman and not a 12-year-old boy" To each his own I guess. But the girls who are so blessed to have them usually have no insecurities about them it's the ones with the little pecks that need the reassurance. My consensus is that Men in generally fall into 3 categories and each 3 categories have a certain quality to them. (keep in mind these are my opinions based on the Men I've encountered in my dating life and some of my friends dating lives, and I'm speaking about the ones who have a very strong affinity for this body part)1. Boob Men - Slightly a stereotypical Man. A guys guy...sports lovin', car lovin', beer lovin' guys guy. He works out and prides himself on the size of his arms, chest and back. Sometimes boob guys rock the blow out, sometimes they are the frat boy type. They enjoy sex and like to talk about it amongst their gym buddies. When it comes to the art of sex he likes to try things out he's seen in porn.2. Butt Men - A bit on the more metro side. Won't know what a Louboutin is (or maybe they do) but will be aware of the big designer names. He could be a wine drinker, or a scotch lover and maybe has an affinity for older more "classic" things. He isn't opposed to getting "groomed",(ie. eyebrow trimmings, professional shavings) has an interest in music and likes to learn about new artists. When it comes to sex I tend to think this breed is more passion driven. Likes to try out new things, but will go with whatever they are feeling. Won't do something just because it looked fun on TV, although wouldn't be opposed to it either.3. Leg Men - Bit conservative, maybe they appreciate their women more covered up. Sticks to the basics when it comes to dressing and doesn't know a thing about labels. Prob would prefer their women to stay at home and bake brownies in an apron. These men enjoy a slower lifestyle. They like a scheduled life. Work a typical 9-5 job get home for dinner in a timely manner and sex is missionary....end of story. All guys have their "things". Some like tall girls some like short girls some like thin girls some like athletic girls, some like butts and yes some live for the boobage but others like the petite perkyness of an A cup. So before you go and run out and call your plastic surgeon take a look at yourself, whats your asset?? Find that and flaunt it! (not too much though, some things are better left to the imagination) As the Matchmaker Millionaire says "The Penis Does the picking" so whether its Butts, Boobs, or Legs we've all got an asset to flaunt!I generally think like attracts like...if you've got the boobs you generally like the guys guys if you've got the booty you tend to like the more metro men. And if your asset is your legs maybe you're the stay at home baker! Either way my point is. Not ALL men want the big boobs! Save the consult to the plastic surgeon and just embrace what you've got!xx M

Made very well
I've become a huge fan of the brand Madewell ever since Christmas time when I randomly stopped in there and bought my huge chunky rhinestone jewel necklace and gorgeous plaid silk top. They have great clothes and even better accessories! Spotted these on Shopbop .
Their costume jewelry is not only super glam but it's very good quality too! Worth the money for sure! I'm a lover of jewels and all things that sparkle. I'm kinda glad I still have a gift card to their store! I'll have to pay them a visit soon!xx M
Foldable Fashion...
Being a girl who works in fashion and practically lives in 4"+ heels I typically carry around pair of flats or flip-flops with me for subway commuting or those last few hrs of work when I can't possibly take the pinching in my pinky toes anymore. Problem is those flats I carry are either bulky, or somewhat expensive and I don't want to ruin them by shoving them deep in my bag with everything else. I spotted these roll-able ballet flats at Kitson in LA a few months back and tried them on but decided not to buy them.
Photo credit: Soleil Shoe Co. Now thinking about it I wish I had. The are most definitely practical. I ordered the patent black and I will surely carry them everywhere. Even for the evenings out when I decide to subway it, walking in heels in teeny skirts is not the most ideal!! These could be a miracle considering they roll up so tiny they will fit in my little evening bag!! Super genius!! get yours here Soleil Shoe Co.
